You’ll join our team of about 20 specialists in hydropower plant mechanical engineering, working on hydroelectric projects across Canada. You’ll be based in our Mont‑Saint‑Hilaire, Québec City, Montréal or Saguenay office. You’ll also play a key role in all phases of engineering projects, ensuring exceptional technical quality of deliverables.

You’ll visit sites occasionally and identify and develop new business opportunities as they arise. You’ll also serve as a mentor to support the growth of our Hydropower team Manage various mechanical projects involving hydromechanical valves, cranes and gantries, overhead cranes, cofferdams and associated auxiliary equipment Be a key team member in executing small to major greenfield and retrofit projects Solve complex problems related to mechanical components in hydropower plants Lead onsite inspections, diagnostics, commissioning and testing Foster a workplace culture that promotes having fun while delivering high‑quality professional work Do your qualities and goals match the BBA culture?
