The YMCA is seeking passionate Enhancement Educators (RECE or Non-RECE) to bolster our child care services. You will enhance learning experiences based on the Playing to Learn curriculum and maintain a protected, engaging environment.

Your responsibilities include supporting fellow educators, assisting in child development documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Support educators in planning child-centered programs
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children
- Administer medication as required
- Assist in observing and recording child development
- Promote teamwork and provide support to staff

Requirements:

- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid First Aid, CPR-C, and AED certification
- RECE designation or related degree preferred
- Familiarity with Child Care Early Years Act
- Criminal Reference Check within 90 days
