Join Planned as an Enterprise Technical Program Manager, overseeing a dedicated enterprise account in Montreal. Lead strategic projects, platform integrations, and customer success initiatives to enhance client engagement. In this in-person role, you will report to the Head of Customer Success, managing implementation and operational improvement projects.

Your focus will include translating technical requirements, leading event execution, and drives cross-functional collaborations among teams such as Product and Engineering. The goal is to ensure client needs are met and programs are successful. Key Responsibilities:

- Own client event program success and performance
