We have Environmental Student positions available at multiple locations.

At each location the Environmental and Regulatory Student is responsible for supporting the Setting and Regulatory teams ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and approvals and supporting implementation of the company’s environmental strategy. The Environment and Regulatory Student will support an operation by completing regulatory analyses, maintaining existing regulatory compliance systems, and ensuring compliance with internal and external reporting requirements. The position is located at the supported site.

Providing environmental/engineering advice on environmental aspects to support the day-to-day operations in one or more of the following areas: Air management including air emissions,



inventories and modelling Water management including chemical and physical hydrology and hydrogeology Waste management Ecology including wildlife, biodiversity and vegetation management Advise on environmental and regulatory requirements and collaborate to implement cost-effective solutions Execute day-to-day Environment, Climate and Regulatory practices, programs, data management and reporting including Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) provide training and support to operations, including learnings from incidents Support environmental business planning, permitting, and environmental impact assessment processes Build and engage the network to effectively support compliance assurance systems Identify non-conformances with key Environment, Climate and Regulatory practices and systems, and support implementation of corrective actions Monitor compliance with Environment, Climate and Regulatory standards Completion of at least 2nd year or higher in Engineering with an Environmental / Civil major or designation, Environmental Sciences, or Environmental Management degree Currently enrolled in a university program and returning to full-time studies after the work term Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Work, PowerPoint, etc.)
