Real Estate Supports the planning, development, implementation, and ongoing delivery of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) initiatives and programs to support a consistent and exceptional employee experience. Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations. Supports day-to-day CRE specialty operational processes, program management activities, and administrative tasks to achieve business results.

Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to support planning, implementation, and sustainment of CRE processes, workflows, and program tools. Participates in the design, development, implementation, and management of core business processes. Analyzes data and information to provide CRE insights and recommendations.

Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards. Coordinates and executes specific activities for the implementation of strategic initiatives; Take measured risks while protecting the bank by applying our Risk Management Framework in the execution of your role, in line with our Risk Culture and within our approved Risk Appetite, making sound and risk informed decisions that align to business strategy, protect assets, and adhere to applicable policy documents (Frameworks, Policies, Standards, Procedures and Supporting documents), laws and regulations. As a full-time employee,



we would require 3-5 years of experience, however as part of the BMO campus program, we are looking for motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn.

Knowledge of the organization's policies and procedures.

Experience identifying operational areas for efficiencies and process improvements. Salaries for part time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
