Reporting to the Regional Maintenance Coordinator, the Equipment/Grader Operator will be responsible for maintaining roads in the Kaybob Region. The successful candidate’s shift will be (10/4) 10-hour days with the flexibility of working around weather days. Working overtime hours may be required.





Ensure gravel roads are maintained in a safe manner for industry & public travel Complete Daily Pre and Post operation inspection walk-around Work closely with Regional Maintenance Coordinator/Field Operators/Warehouse staff/ Maintenance Planners/Schedulers to ensure that work priorities are identified. Maintain a parts list and inventory for general maintenance Experience in the grading and secure handling of equipment in an “Off Highway” environment Must have basic computer skills Must have accomplished a High School Diploma (or equivalent) Must possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license The grader will be dispatched from the Paramount office in Fox Creek. You will receive on-the-job experience, coaching and training and work in a collaborative learning environment.
