This role is central to the successful launch and ongoing support of the recent line and offers the chance to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. As our Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated team of technicians to keep our advanced manufacturing facility running smoothly.





Guiding and mentoring maintenance technicians to follow safe work practices Supporting smart factory initiatives Collaborating across production, quality, and HR to keep operations flowing Partnering with OEMs and suppliers to source parts and troubleshooting support Assisting with maintenance scheduling and intervention planning Ensuring strict adherence to the company's maintenance policies and standards Technical Problem Solving Strong Knowledge of Materials and Resources Coaching, Mentoring, Teaching and Guiding
