Oversee daily parts operations with a focus on precision, efficiency, and exceptional service Partner closely with technicians and service advisors to ensure parts are sourced and delivered accurately and efficiently Manage inventory, ordering, returns, and vendor relationships while maintaining optimal stock levels and cost control Monitor department performance, financials, and key metrics to drive profitability and continuous improvement Resolve customer and internal concerns professionally, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish 3+ years of Parts Manager experience in a dealership environment preferred ~ Strong knowledge of dealership parts operations, inventory management,
