We want team members who take ownership of their tasks, guide crew members, and ensure efficient operations on-site. and ensuring compliance with all site safety regulations.

Scope of Construction Activities: General oil and gas operations to support various site activities. Lease builds, maintenance, and clean-ups to maintain safe and effective work sites. Fencing installation (barbed wire, chain link, wildlife protection, etc.).

Operating small equipment (skid steers, packers, mini excavators – an asset). Leading a small team of 4-6 employees, ensuring efficiency and adherence to project requirements. Completing necessary site documentation as required for the project, including safety paperwork and progress reports.





Problem-solving and troubleshooting site challenges to maintain smooth operations. Supervise and coordinate a small crew of 4-6 employees, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely. Assist with site preparation and cleanup to ensure a well-maintained and organized work environment.

Ensure all necessary site documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner. Provide direction and supervision to labourers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Adapt to changing work conditions and project demands, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required.

Support the safe and successful completion of the project through teamwork, initiative, and collaboration with supervisors and fellow crew members.

Valid

Class 5 driver's license preferred. Code 20 or Class 1 license is an asset for hauling over 4,500 kg. Strong equipment operation experience (packer, skid steer) is an asset. Demonstrated leadership experience in oil and gas or construction. Ability to work independently and take initiative while supervising a crew. Familiar with construction safety standards and procedures. Work is outdoors, and conditions may include extreme temperatures and uneven ground.
