As an ERP Business Analyst – Manufacturing Operations ,you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify,analyze, and translate business requirements related to the ERP productionmodule. You will actively contribute to ERP implementation and enhancementprojects in a multi-site environment, while acting as a change agent with theteams.

You will bring functional expertise, ensure the quality ofdeliverables, and contribute to the standardization and optimization ofmanufacturing processes.

On a daily basis, you will:

- Playan active expert role in ERP implementation and enhancement projectswithin a multi-site manufacturing workplace;
- Identify,analyze,



and understand manufacturing business needs (site by site),provide clear diagnostics, and formulate structured recommendations;
- Configurethe ERP system and participate in the design and modeling of productionprocesses;
- Participatein workshops aimed at optimizing and standardizing processes with internalteams and consultants;
- Translateand clearly communicate operational and functional requirements tostakeholders;
- PromoteERP best practices and system functionalities to operational teams;
- Actas the technical reference for the production module and ensure thequality of deliverables;
- Trainusers and support teams in the adoption of changes;
- Actas a positive leader and change agent within the organization.
