As an Estimator working in our Civil & Infrastructure team at Pomerleau Construction, you manage several activities and deadlines to gain a clearer picture of client, team and project needs. Working on large-scale civil, & marine infrastructure projects – ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion – you will work closely with our proposals team and various client groups to secure bids and ensure project success. Utilize your research skills at every stage of the process to identify project-specific prices related to key items including labour, equipment and materials With an eye for detail, accurately interpret technical specifications for bid documents Actively complete full quantity take-offs to ensure accuracy of contract specifications and pricing Grow and maintain robust relationships with trade partners,



consultants and clients to achieve the project goals and vision Get creative and think outside the box to come up with innovative solutions and opportunities Celebrate the successes and be a key member of the project ramp‑up process A proven track record of project coordination and team collaboration ~ Solid written and verbal communication skills ~ A passion and drive for building relationships ~ Strong computer skills with estimation software and an enthusiasm for innovation ~ Hybrid work model for corporate roles Minimum 4 weeks of vacation from day one Pomerleau is a national leader in construction, delivering major projects across Canada.
