Copcan

Civil is a leader in civil contracting, construction management, environmental contracting, forestry, demolition, and aggregate sales across British Columbia. We are seeking an Estimator to join our Copcan team on Vancouver Island (Victoria or Nanaimo). Prepare accurate costs estimates and complete tender package submissions for new projects Work with our lead estimator to analyze project management trends and forecast crew production rates Draft project schedules for tender submissions and to assist project planning Attend pre-construction meetings and project handover meetings to communicate the bid plan to the project managers Over 3 years of experience in civil construction estimating Graduate of a recognized post-secondary program related to civil engineering or construction management is an asset Experience using estimating software is an asset Experience using Microsoft Office programs, most notably Word, Excel & Project.

The role is a permanent,



full-time position based out of South Vancouver Island (Victoria or Nanaimo) with a typical starting salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 per annum.
