Building a Disciplined, Well-run Company Defined By Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Electrical Estimator is responsible for full-cycle estimating — from lead qualification through turnover to operations. Protecting margin by reducing operational risk You will play a key role in shaping our pipeline, strengthening client and vendor relationships, while continuously improving our estimating systems.



Build relationships and communicate with customers to develop clear scopes of work that are aligned with project goals and value proposition Build relationships and communicate with vendors for the procurement of project materials Identify risks, gaps, and scope issues early Maintain a live pipeline report actual performance Contribute to continuous improvement of our estimating systems, processes and database 10+ years commercial electrical experience ~Strong knowledge of CEC and local codes ~ Robust understanding of labor productivity and installation methods ~ Think critically and anticipate risk Prefer structure and measurable performance A role which allows for individual initiative within a team environment, at times providing guidance to others, while also completing personal tasks confirmation of their contributions - and input on how they can improve their performance Visit our website to learn more about us:
