With a robust emphasis on governance and compliance, you will also be involved in delivering training and identifying enhancement opportunities for compliance tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and govern Compliance Management processes
- Monitor changes to legislation and regulate compliance risks
- Maintain RMOC records and prepare regulatory summaries
- Communicate updates to technical and non-technical audiences
- Manage compliance data on EnCompass systems
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Business, Policy, or equivalent
- 4+ years in regulatory compliance or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in databases and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
