As the Manager of After-hours Operations, you’ll report to the Director of Care in Long-term Care, overseeing clinical and non-clinical operations during crucial hours.

You will guide staff, manage resources, and tackle urgent clinical issues to deliver a comfortable experience for residents and their families. This is a key role in promoting operational excellence and furthering Kensington’s mission. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate on staff scheduling and address absences
- Oversee clinical operations and respond to team needs
- Manage emergency codes and facilitate outbreak responses

- Participate in committees and forums as required

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years in healthcare management roles
- Experience in crisis management and conflict resolution
- Robust knowledge of health regulations and infection control
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- Health profession certification in good standing
