About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and target-driven Event Sales Executive to drive business for their event spaces and services in Kimberley . This role is responsible for identifying new leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales for corporate events, weddings, and private functions. You will play a vital role in achieving revenue goals by showcasing the venue's unique offerings and tailoring packages to meet client needs. The ideal candidate possesses strong sales acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for the event industry, working within a hybrid model that combines field and office responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new sales leads for corporate events, banquets, and private functions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to meet revenue targets.




- Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

- Proven track record of success in sales , preferably within the hospitality or events industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of event planning and venue operations.
- Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable for this Kimberley role.
