We're currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team. Coordinate meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Accurately organize executive travel, accommodations, itineraries, and related logistics. Process expense reports, invoices, and other administrative documentation. Provide administrative support for corporate initiatives and day-to-day executive operations.
Accurately organize Board of Directors meetings, including travel, accommodations, meals, meeting logistics, and communications.
Maintain
Board of Directors Microsoft Teams site, including role management, structure and document management. Diploma or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field required. Minimum five years of experience supporting senior executives or executive leadership teams.
Experience in the forestry, manufacturing, or industrial sector is preferred. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Loop and CoPilot). Hungry – brings high energy, initiative,
