Operations, Administrative support and coordination A career as an Executive Assistant within the Specialized Groups team at National Bank means acting as a key partner to a Vice President and their teams. In this role, you can make a positive impact through your organizational skills, attention to detail, and expertise in administrative management. Coordinate business travel and key logistics, ensuring a seamless experience.
Manage expense reporting, approvals, invoices, and budget tracking while ensuring accurate financial records, compliant administrative processes, and well-organized documentation. Act as a key liaison between the senior leaders and internal/external partners, fostering solid collaboration. Support the planning and execution of major events, client activities, and strategic initiatives.
