Role Description The Executive Personal Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB, providing comprehensive support to senior leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and coordinating correspondence and communications. The role also involves preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports, as well as maintaining files and records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Assistant will act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, help prioritize executive workloads, and ensure smooth administrative operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Personal Assistance skills, including discretion, organization, and proactive support for senior leaders.
- Executive Administrative Assistance experience, with a track record of managing complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and skilled stakeholder interaction.
- Effective Diary Management skills to coordinate calendars, prioritize appointments, and anticipate scheduling needs.
- Solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, data entry, filing, and proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent tools).
- High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
