Key Responsibilities

- Conduct executive search assignments for senior leadership roles across various industries.
- Develop comprehensive search strategies, including market mapping and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Identify, assess, and present a curated shortlist of exceptional executive candidates.
- Manage the entire executive search process, ensuring confidentiality and a seamless experience.
- Build and maintain solid, trusted relationships with C-suite executives and board members.




- Provide strategic market intelligence and advice to clients on executive talent trends.

Requirements

- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in executive search and headhunting, preferably within a reputable consultancy.
- Demonstrated success in completing complex searches for C-suite and senior leadership positions.
- Exceptional networking, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- A deep understanding of leadership competencies and organizational dynamics.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage sensitive information, and maintain discretion.
- Strong market knowledge across various sectors within South Africa.
