We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join the team at our Halifax branch.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for showroom and order desk customers, supporting contractors, distributors, designers, and retail clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a agile, customer-service-oriented environment and enjoys building relationships while contributing to operational excellence. Greet and assist showroom and order desk customers by providing technical guidance and product expertise Receive and process orders by phone, email, and in person, ensuring pricing, coding, and approvals are accurate Coordinate with warehouse and logistics staff to schedule deliveries and resolve shipping issues Maintain organized records of orders, quotes,
