As an Inside Sales Representative , you will play a key role in Univar Solutions' growth.

You will be at the center of customer relationships, business development, and the delivery of tailored solutions that create long-term value. Develop and expand an existing portfolio of customers while delivering exceptional customer service. ~ Actively prospect, make cold calls, qualify opportunities, and convert leads into long-term business relationships. ~ Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain) to identify new opportunities and deliver customized solutions. ~ Participate in new product launches, commercial campaigns, and strategic growth initiatives. ~ Leverage Sales Tools Effectively Document activities and opportunities in Salesforce and maintain accurate account tracking and forecasting. Minimum 1 year of sales experience, ideally in B2B sales or technical sales (an asset) Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer relationship skills Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite;
