Southern National Roofing is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to work out of our Charlotte call center. This is a phone-based role supporting our outside sales teams by engaging homeowners, handling inbound and outbound calls, and setting qualified appointments. 8:30am – 5:00pm ~ No Sundays Paid as an hourly rate plus commission ~ Robust performers typically land in the $50K–$75K range once established Handle inbound calls from homeowners and internal marketing teams Make outbound calls to existing leads and prospects in our database Schedule qualified appointments for our outside sales team Promote Southern National’s roofing solutions and customer experience Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in our CRM Participate in ongoing training and team meetings Experience in inside sales preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce).
