A background in systems-oriented culinary leadership, along with expertise in training and mentoring, is essential. Your hands-on approach will focus on operational consistency, quality assurance, and developing the next generation of culinary talent. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily culinary operations across all venues
- Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen teams and processes




- Implement and standardize recipes and operating procedures
- Monitor food costs, labour, and inventory controls
- Champion food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

- Red Seal Certification required; CCC designation preferred
- 5–7 years of culinary leadership experience
- Proven track record in high-volume food service
- Strong skills in budgeting and forecasting
- Food Safe Level 2 certification required
