- Prepare substrates and set up EIFS systems
- Install weather barriers and flashing components
- Conduct touch-ups and final detailing on finishes
- Operate scaffolding and other tools safely
- Manage material coordination and jobsite organization
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years in EIFS/Synthetic Stucco
- Demonstrated experience in full installations
- Valid driver’s license for site access
- Comfort working at heights (up to 70 ft.)
- Enhanced skills with tool maintenance and safety
