- Assemble metal sections using welding and bolting
- Operate various hand tools and equipment as needed
- Conduct daily crane checks for safety compliance
- Educate apprentices in secure working practices
- Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures

Requirements:

- 3+ years fitting structural steel
- Ability to interpret blueprints accurately
- Awareness of health and safety standards
- Familiarity with overhead crane operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
