- Operate grader for road maintenance year-round
- Perform minor maintenance on assigned equipment
- Change blades and assist with machinery upkeep
- Report infrastructure issues to the Foreman

Requirements:

- High school diploma and valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License
- Minimum three years of motor grader operation experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Class 3 Alberta Driver’s License is a plus
- Familiarity with rural community operations is beneficial
