- Lead a team of site workers in daily tasks
- Manage trade coordination on larger projects
- Oversee low-complexity projects up to $500K
- Develop look-ahead schedules using planning techniques
- Ensure job site safety and compliance

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years in commercial construction
- Solid background in tenant improvement projects
- Successful completion of a Journeyman Trade Certificate
- Proficient in reading blueprints and specifications
- Physically able to handle construction work
