- Perform interior and exterior repairs and maintenance
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of systems
- Assist tradespeople during complex repair tasks
- Undertake light construction and carpentry as required
- Prepare digital work orders and invoices regularly

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or Trade Certification
- 10+ years of experience in facilities maintenance
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with clear abstract
- Solid background in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
