The Facilities

Manager will oversee operational safety and efficiency, contributing to exceptional customer experiences. Reporting to the Director of Store Operations, the Facilities Manager will supervise the Facilities and Support team, ensuring clean and safe environments within a 24-hour operational framework. This includes overseeing HVAC systems, refrigeration, plumbing, and managing vendor relations for seamless operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct hiring and training of facilities support staff
- Guarantee clean, protected environments in compliance with regulations
- Keep meticulous records of facility conditions and schedules
- Monitor equipment performance and anticipate maintenance needs
- Manage vendor partnerships and inventory accurately Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in supervisory roles related to facilities
- Effective problem-solving and communication abilities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
