Minimum Requirements

- Minimum 5 years'

experience in a shopfitting, joinery, cabinet manufacturing, furniture manufacturing or woodworking workplace.

- Proven experience preparing and managing cutting lists .

- Experience using CNC machinery and selecting the correct CNC drilling programs .

- Experience with Opti-plan or similar cutting optimization software will be advantageous.

- Ability to interpret technical drawings and prepare drawings for production.

- Experience with board optimization , material utilization and nesting processes.

- Experience in production planning and coordinating factory workflow.

- Knowledge of stock control for production materials (runners, extrusions, hardware, boards, etc.).

- Understanding of manufacturing processes, including panel saws, CNC routers and edge bander .

Technical Competencies

- Delta CAD

- AutoCAD

- Google SketchUp

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)

- Opti-plan (Advantageous)

- CNC programming / CNC routing knowledge

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
