Sefton MBC is hiring an Early Help Worker to empower families in Seaforth, Liverpool. This role focuses on children aged 0–19, promoting resilience and finding solutions together. As an Early Help Worker, you will take on a caseload of families, engaging them in support plans and assessments.

You will work within a multi-agency framework, addressing safeguarding concerns while aiding child development and community involvement. Your efforts will strengthen family engagement through targeted interventions. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide targeted interventions both individually and in groups
- Undertake home visits to assess family needs
- Report and manage safeguarding concerns effectively
- Keep detailed case records and IT notes
- Work alongside Health Visitors and Schools

Requirements:

- Experience in family support or early help programs
- Versatile to relocate between delivery points
- Available for work from mid-September
- Enhanced DBS required for role
- Strong commitment to child and family welfare
