The Community Mental Health Nurse (CMHN) role, reporting to the Manager of Mental Health & Addiction Services, is primarily field-based and supports integrated care for clients in Weyburn. The CMHN conducts medication monitoring, clinical assessments, case management, and develops behavioral treatment plans while providing counselling and psychotherapy services.

Based in the Weyburn Community Health Services Building, this 6-week rotation, full-time temporary position requires robust time
