About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Field Operations Supervisor to lead their operational teams in the Kimberley area. This role is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of field activities, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards within the Oil & Gas support services sector. You will be instrumental in managing personnel, equipment, and resources to meet production and project objectives. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of field operations in challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of field operations personnel and contractors.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and operational procedures.
- Monitor field activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely completion of tasks.
- Manage equipment deployment, maintenance, and utilization in the field.
- Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks, promoting a robust safety culture.
- Report on operational performance,



challenges, and resource requirements to management.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field operations, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry or related industrial sectors.
- Proven experience in supervising field crews and managing operational logistics.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements for field operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in demanding field conditions around Kimberley .
