Employment Type: Full-time, field-based

Compensation: $25.00/hour with commission and performance bonus opportunities

Mileage Reimbursement: $0.35/km for approved business travel

Position Overview

This is an opportunity to join a very fast-growing company that is quickly expanding its presence across the restaurant and food-service space. We are looking for motivated and outgoing Field Sales Representatives to support that growth through in-person sales across Ontario.

This is a highly independent, field-based role focused on developing new business with restaurant customers. Representatives will spend most of their day visiting prospective customers, introducing products and services, building relationships, following up on opportunities, and generating new sales. It is best suited to someone who is comfortable approaching new businesses, handling rejection, working toward measurable sales targets, and managing their day independently.

Responsibilities

- Visit prospective restaurant customers throughout an assigned area.
- Conduct in-person cold outreach and introduce products and services.
- Build relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and other decision-makers.
- Identify customer needs and present relevant products, pricing, and promotions.
- Follow up with prospective customers and support opportunities through the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, follow-ups, and sales activity.
- Plan daily routes efficiently and manage time independently while working in the field.
- Work toward established sales and activity expectations.
- Participate in required training and successfully complete the follow-up evaluation.

Compensation

- $25.00 per hour for authorized hours worked.
- Attractive commission opportunities based on sales performance.
- Performance-based bonus opportunities.
- Approved business kilometres reimbursed at $0.35/km.
- Certain approved parking and transportation expenses may also be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
- Full commission and bonus details will be reviewed with successful candidates.

Vehicle and Travel Requirements

- Must have daily access to a reliable personal vehicle.
- Must hold a valid driver's licence.
- Must be comfortable driving between customer locations throughout the workday.
- Must be comfortable working independently across an assigned geographic territory.

Qualifications

- Previous door-to-door sales, field sales, outside sales, customer service, or restaurant/hospitality experience is strongly preferred.
- A combination of sales, customer service, and restaurant experience is considered particularly valuable.
- Comfortable approaching businesses without scheduled appointments.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Comfortable working toward measurable sales expectations.
- Resilient and able to remain productive following rejection.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing a daily schedule independently.
- Robust organizational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using mobile technology to record sales and field activity.
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and results-oriented.

Training

Successful candidates will complete required training followed by an evaluation before beginning independent field work.
