NextGen Automation is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair office equipment at customer sites in Kelowna, BC. You will work on color and monochrome printers, scanners, and related software, delivering qualified service and meeting customer expectations.
Contribute to territory management, complete service reports and inventory records, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with technology. Some after-hours support may be required.
