- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Umano Medical equipment at customer sites.

- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and equipment upgrades.

- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic failures

- Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.

- Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications and hospital safety requirements.

- Manage service inventory, tools, and replacement parts.

The profile we're looking for

- Minimum 3 years of field service experience,



preferably in medical devices or healthcare equipment.

- Solid troubleshooting skills in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.

- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently from a home office.

- Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Willingness and ability to travel within Canada as required
