Installation, service,



and ongoing maintenance of office product equipment usually within the specified area in a timely and cost-effective manner Provide excellent on-site service calls by promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with Toshiba service and products. Demonstrates technical trouble‑shooting abilities. Proficient technical skills and aptitude Strong customer service skills (verbal and written) and the ability to follow up to ensure closure of all issues.

PC Application and/or Networking fundamentals Possess a valid driver’s license and own a car.
