Local Crafters is looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Systems Specialist to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone who is very knowledgeable with computers, business software, and technology, and who can confidently work across multiple platforms and systems. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys learning new software, troubleshooting technical issues, improving processes, and making different systems work together efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain QuickBooks Online (or other accounting system) including accounts receivable, accounts payable, expenses, payments, reconciliations, and financial records
• Manage and maintain HubSpot (Or other equivalent CRM), including customer/vendor information, transactions, follow-ups, and reporting
• Assist with integrating and synchronizing QuickBooks, HubSpot, POS, payroll, banking, and other business software
• Track incoming payments, outgoing payments, invoices, expenses, and outstanding balances
• Prepare regular financial and operational reports for management
• Monitor and organize data across multiple stores and platforms
• Troubleshoot software, computer, POS, and system-related issues
• Identify opportunities to automate tasks and improve efficiency
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, dashboards, and reporting systems
• Ensure accurate data entry and consistency between different systems
• Assist with payroll and administrative processes
• Maintain organized digital files and documentation
• Support management with technology and software-related projects
• Learn and implement current software and technology as the company continues to grow
• Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
What We Are Looking For
Required:
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with multiple software platforms simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to troubleshoot software and computer issues independently
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision An ideal candidate will be:

Software Experience
Experience with any of the following is an asset:
QuickBooks Online • HubSpot • Shopify POS • Lightspeed • Microsoft Excel • Google Workspace • ADP • Connecteam • Asana • Banking platforms • Payment systems • CRM and accounting integrations
Experience with Zapier, Make, automation tools, APIs, or software integrations would be a strong advantage.
