Reporting to the Director, Financial reports and optimization, the Senior Financial Analyst will participate in the analysis and preparation of Air Transat's financial statements and be responsible for the accounting and financial aspects of the aircraft leases. Act as the responsible for the balance sheet and coordinate the analysis of balance sheet accounts

- Produce monthly financial statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements
- Coordinate month ends and closing in SAP
- Analyze financial clauses of aircraft leases and make calculations in relation to recent leases and amendments (IFRS 16)
- Act as an internal consultant for all issues related to the consolidation and accounting of leases
- Analyze insurance and fixed assets
- Coordinate, communicate and schedule internal and external audits




- Minimum of 5 years experience, open to candidates in public practice
- Strong interest in the use and maximization of SAP
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Good knowledge of Microsoft suite tools
- Oral and written fluency in French and English * *A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally. Artificial intelligence tools are used to analyze applications, whether to sort or preselect profiles based on criteria related to job requirements.
