Our Senior IT Business Analyst supports IT&Labs; portfolio planning and governance by owning initiative-level budgeting, forecasting, actuals tracking, variance analysis, and perks realization reporting.

This role enables data-driven investment decisions through disciplined financial analysis, clear executive reporting, and strong partnership with IT and Finance stakeholders. Challenge each item and align with the finance team to ensure adequate financial impacts to the IT budget. Provide cost estimation support for new and ongoing projects.

Track and monitor project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and actuals. Review and analyse resource planning and allocation to ensure alignment with financial objectives.

Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial trends and variances, identifying risks and opportunities.





Benefits and Risk and Compliance Management: Partner with finance teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure financial alignment.

Process and Tools Improvement: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or any combination of equivalent education and experience. Over 5 years of experience in financial analysis, project management finance, or a similar role. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.

Proficiency in financial management software (SAP, Oracle,). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
