100,000- $110,000 with excellent bonus and advantages Our client, a well-established real estate investment and development company is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance to join its corporate team. This role supports the financial reporting and planning functions for a growing North American portfolio. Support investment onboarding and offboarding, including coordination with property managers and review of entity structures, closing statements, and related financial documentation.

Lead process improvements related to intercompany reconciliations. Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial deliverables, including IFRS reporting packages, investment performance updates, and lender/co-investor reports. Manage internal controls and compliance activities, including SOX testing and external audits.





Consolidate and analyze quarterly income statement reforecasts and contribute to annual budgeting and planning. Support financing and refinancing initiatives. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals. 3+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, ideally with a blend of public accounting and industry experience. ~ Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting and financial consolidation. ~ Exposure to real estate or asset management is an asset. ~ Technical Tools: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Yardi, and/or OneStream is preferred.
