Analyst, Rogers CPA Rotational Program, Toronto, ON – Start date Sept 2027 Rogers Communications is seeking interested students to join a three-year rotational program designed to develop future finance talent and support committed students in starting and growing their careers at Rogers. Through this immersive three-year program, participants will gain meaningful experience across the finance organization while simultaneously completing the experience and educational requirements necessary to obtain their Canadian CPA designation. As a Financial Analyst in the program, you will gain valuable experience working with diverse teams of talented professionals across the organization.

You will complete three one-year rotations within our Finance organization, supporting various lines of business and gaining exposure to different areas of finance. Rotation opportunities include several roles across key finance functions, such as our Controllers organization, Finance Operations, Internal Audit, and Tax. These rotations will provide you with the opportunity to experience different roles, better understand the type of work you enjoy and excel in, and develop the skills and competencies needed to become a successful CPA.





You will receive structured feedback and ongoing support from a CPA career mentor and an exam coach, as well as your rotation manager. Upon completing your last rotation, you will be considered for a full-time Senior Financial Analyst role within our Finance organization. The three-year program includes dedicated time for vacation, study, and the CPA Qualified Readiness Module.

What you’ll do (specific duties will vary depending on rotation placement) Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual Consolidated Financial Statements and Management Discussion and Analysis. Assist in researching appropriate accounting treatment for various unusual and complex transactions; prepare accounting memos outlining their financial reporting impacts in accordance with IFRS. Prepare audit files and liaise with external auditors.

Assist in the preparation and execution of audit programs and evaluate the results to draw meaningful conclusions. Assist with the preparation of SOX-compliant quarterly and year-end tax provision working papers, including accounting for deferred taxes. S. federal, and state tax returns.

Work with Finance, IT, and other areas of the business to assess control effectiveness and identify process efficiencies and improvements. Compile and analyze monthly divisional financial reports for Corporate, Wireless, Cable, and Media management. Analyze assigned financial accounts on a monthly basis and prepare corresponding reconciliations.





Prepare and analyze the divisional Statement of Cash Flows on a monthly basis. Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly analysis of expenses. Please refer to the CPA Ontario website for further details.

Completion of a university business or commerce undergraduate or master’s degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of B+. A strong interest in, and passion for, obtaining your CPA designation and building a career with Rogers. Ideally less than one year of professional, full-time experience, such as co-op or internship experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Copilot. A well-organized individual who pays close attention to detail. Sunday, Sept 28th, 2026 at the latest. To protect our people, brand and assets, a pre-employment background check will be conducted.

Additionally, a credit check and drivers abstract may be required depending on the role.
