Responsibilities

- Participate in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Analyze revenue and gross margin
- Perform variance analysis
- Conduct monthly account analysis and reconciliations
- Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards
- Calculate and analyze commissions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting tools, and automation
- Support ad hoc projects

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Power BI
- Comfortable handling and analyzing large, complex data sets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Microsoft D365 is an asset
- CPA designation is an asset
