Reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, this Financial Analyst will participate in the comprehensive financial processes crucial for project management.

Candidates should demonstrate a solid foundation in financial modeling, investor return analysis, and compliance responsibilities. Collaborating closely with Asset Management and Financial Reporting teams will be essential for achieving accurate financial insights and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage financial and compliance requirements across projects
- Develop operational financial models for project valuations




- Maintain monthly performance reporting and trend analysis
- Automate processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Model revenue and cost impacts on forecasts and budgets Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or accounting
- Pursuing CPA, CFA, or CBV designations
- Robust Excel and analytical skills
- 1+ years in FP&A; or corporate finance experience
