Our client is a well-established and growing Canadian healthcare services organization located in the GTA and they have an immediate need for a Finance Business Partner (FBP) to support a Business Unit. This role will play a critical role in the business unit’s performance management, financial reporting, planning, and forecasting. This role will also support RFPs and potential new programs, and will contribute to business growth by supporting the financial analyses, pricing, and resource modelling used to inform decision making and program design.

Monthly Performance Management: Review and publish monthly financial results, analyze variances, track KPIs, and provide transparent commentary on key business drivers.

Variance & Cost Analysis: Prepare and present financial performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership. Provide financial guidance to program teams on billing methodologies, hiring decisions, pricing, copay reserves, and other strategic initiatives.

Process Improvement: Bachelor’s degree in finance,



accounting, economics, or a related field. ~ CPA or CFA designation required. ~3-5 years of corporate FP&A;/FBP experience, including a minimum of three years of Canadian work experience (multiunit experience an asset). ~ Experience with end budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range planning. ~ Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is a plus. ~ Self-starter with attention to detail and a zeal for continuous improvement. ~ Strong analytical and quantitative thinking paired with Excel modeling skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. ~ Comfortable operating in a highly visible role with regular, direct interaction with the CEO and senior leadership. ~ Skilled at building consensus and remaining persuasive, professional, and collaborative during negotiations. #
