Designs, implements, and maintains ERP security roles,



permissions, and access controls aligned with organizational and compliance requirements.

Provides technical leadership and subject matter expertise for ERP security initiatives, enhancements, and projects. Develops, maintains, and improves security policies, standards, procedures, and supporting documentation. Serves as the primary security liaison for ERP-related projects, ensuring security requirements are incorporated into solution design and implementation.

Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and security practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Postsecondary degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, or a related discipline. ~3 years of progressive experience in a related field preferred. ~ Experience with ERP security auditing, compliance controls, segregation of duties (SoD), and risk management practices. ~ Experience with security solutions such as Pathlock, or similar governance and compliance tools is considered an asset. ~ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. ~ Experience participating in technology projects, system upgrades, and enterprise implementations. ~ Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. ~ Demonstrated commitment to collaboration, customer service, and continuous improvement.
