and celebrating success Diversity & Inclusion – We proudly welcome all backgrounds and foster an inclusive workplace Manage day-to-day accounting for assigned residential properties Process accounts payable and receivable accurately and on time Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger entries Ensure accuracy of tenant ledgers, vendor payments, and owner reports Collaborate with Property Managers to resolve accounting discrepancies Maintain property data and financial records in Yardi or similar systems Support audit preparation and compliance with internal controls and policies Contribute to ongoing process improvement and reporting efficiencies 2–4 years of accounting experience (property accounting preferred) ~ Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) ~ Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Buildium) is an asset ~ Strong Microsoft Excel skills and financial reporting knowledge ~ A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement If you’re ready to bring your accounting expertise to a company that values people, purpose, and performance—we’d love to hear from you. #
