Dream is looking for a Property Accountant! We are always looking for the best and brightest to join our thriving community. Dream’s Property Accounting team is currently looking for an Accountant to manage a portfolio of properties within the department.

You can be relied upon to deliver, and when necessary, you don’t hesitate to go above and beyond to help the team. Complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly preparation & reporting of property financials including balance sheet, income statement, capital expenditures and leasing costs, annual operating cost recoveries, accounts receivable and bad debts/provisions

- Prepare monthly property-level financial analysis for the property managers
- Prepare revenue analysis and review for respective portfolio
- Complete recovery ratio analysis and provide commentary
- Review, analyze and process property budgets. These are some of the things we would like you to bring to the table: At least 3+ years’ direct property accounting experience in Commercial Property Management and lease commercial property accounting
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

This is a regular, full-time position with a base salary range of $65,000–$80,000.
