Job Title: FIS IntelliMatch Application Support Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON– 3days WFO

Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in Banking Technology, Application Support, Production Support, or Business Analysis roles.
- Hands-on experience with FIS IntelliMatch (iMatch).
- Strong understanding of Reconciliation Operations and Change Management processes.
- Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Knowledge of IT Operations standards, monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production workplace.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in Enterprise Reconciliation platforms within Banking or Financial Services.
- Exposure to release management and production deployment processes.
- Knowledge of operational excellence, automation, and service improvement initiatives.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise support environments.
